During my tenure at Chase Bank, I have had the privilege of experiencing versatile roles within both the Digital Customer Experience and Chase Brand Creative and Marketing teams. Throughout the past few years, I have been fortunate to contribute to numerous design, research and motion projects spanning across various lines of business (LOBs).

Video Producer

My professional journey at JPMorgan Chase commenced as a video producer, overseeing the entire process of crafting customer journey and instructional videos. From the initial concept to the final product, I played a pivotal role in guiding the videos, including talent casting and coordinating logistics, to align with the organization's business objectives. Project Manager

Following a period of six months, I transitioned into the role of a project manager at Chase. In this capacity, I provided valuable assistance to the broader Brand team in attaining their IT objectives by meticulously planning and executing various projects.

 

UX/UI Designer & Researcher

I further progressed in my professional journey by transitioning into a full-time role as a UX designer and researcher. Within this capacity, I actively contributed to numerous design projects spanning a wide range of areas, including Sapphire, Freedom, Ink, Private Client, Business Banking, Home Lending and Auto.

Creative Art Director

Following a dedicated span of two years, I assumed the responsibility of spearheading the development of diverse omni-channel marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple lines of business. During this period, I successfully delivered impactful campaigns that encompassed various channels and resonated with our target audience.
