Harvesting Dashboard

An Agriculture Intelligence Engine to drive financial inclusion for farmers around the world.

Goal

To create a dashboard for lenders with a focus on Asia and Africa's agri market.

My role

My role was to design the Farm Land Monitoring overview, Approval, and Reports screens. I developed the content as well as iterating the screens.

 Problem

Most credit risk systems are designed without the rural and the agriculture segment in mind, so most financial institutions fail to build right combination of technology & talent.

Solution

Designing a platform with remote sensing satellites on farmlands would make it easier for financial institutions to evaluate and track farmers' historical and seasonal performance.

The Process

With current competitive's strengths and weaknesses in mind, I started to create an Information Architecture addressing all of the missing content along with building a user persona that represents a potential user and then I designed and developed the screens in an agile environment.

The next step was to test the functionality of the flows by having multiple potential users (bankers) to evaluate the credibility of the features' orders and iterate the lowFi wireframes based on its results.
